Nutritionally balanced meals
Each week’s plan gives you full daily meal breakdowns including preparation notes and a snapshot of macronutrients (calories, fat, carbohydrates, protein and fibre). We made sure that the meals are nutrient dense and well balanced every day and over the course of the week .
In true Eat Drink Paleo style, we’ve cooked up over 40 recipes for this plan including Irena’s beautiful photos. Hint: you will not find these on the website as they are exclusive to the plan. Measurements are provided in kg/grams, pounds/ounces and cups, and the temperatures are in Celsius and Fahrenheit.
We’ve provided complete shopping lists including all the staples we recommend to have on hand. All ingredients are easily accessible and can be purchased at your local supermarket, fresh food markets, butcher, fishmonger and a health food store.
All meals are free from grains, legumes, sugar, dairy and toxic oils. Most meals can be used during a Whole30 or similar program.
